NLP Principal Researchers Itaru Hosomi and Kai Ishikawa visited WING and learned about the group's endeavors on 27 April 2011.  They also presented a talk at the earlier CHIME text processing seminar on how they use NLP technology to interpret and act on customer feedback on their consumer electronics products through their customer relationship management call centers.
