WING Alumnus, Sivamani Varun, has started his own startup company, Semantics3.  They are performing crawling and soon, data mining, of large data sets via Amazon EC2.  Check out their site.  As part of our team's NExT search center, we are planning to collaborate with Semantics3 to take the grunt work out of crawling data for Singapore and Beijing.
