Abstract
It may be time-consuming to buy a product from an eCommerce website, with lots of options available, if you do not have a specific preference beforehand. Currently, eCommerce sites, e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, etc., provide product comparison in a fixed template and only on the basis of products’ attributes. This project aims to provide a comparison in natural language via a conversational system. It not only compares products on the basis of attributes but also considers users’ opinions for comparison. Although this project mainly handles text conversations, we believe that this system can be deployed in modern digital assistants also using proper speech-to-text and text-to-speech conversion systems.
